In an effort to provide greater security to credit
card owners, VISA has included a three digit number
in its cards that serves as an authentication code to
verify the physical presence of the card during the
transactions through the Internet. This number of three
digits appears at the back of the card (in the signature
zone), immediately after the card number. In order to
prevent fraudulent transactions with credit cards, Bailanta
S.L. reserves the right to ask its clients for these
digits of control before making the shipment of the
order.
Fraud with credit card is a crime, and Bailanta S.L.
will prosecute against anybody that makes a fraudulent
transaction in our store online.
Bailanta S.L. makes a pursuit of each transaction and
will use all means available by the Law so that those

BANK TRANSFER: available worldwide.
After having received your order and verified that all
requested items are available, we will send you our
bank account data so that you can carry out the bank
transfer.
With this payment method, the purchase is not made effective
(and therefore it is not delivered) until our bank confirms
it in an effective way.
All the banking commissions and bank expenses will be
paid by the purchaser, reason why the payment will only
be considered made when the amount paid in our account
resembles the amount of the purchase. This increases
the final price for your purchase, reason why we only
recommend this payment method when the other methods
are unavailable..
WESTERN UNION: available worlwide.
After having received your order and verified that all
requested items are available, we will send the necessary
information so that you can carry out the payment through
Western Union.
The payment will only be considered made when the amount
received resembles the amount of the purchase.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT (THROUGH A BANK): Available only for annual subscriptions to the magazine
Zona de Obras in Spain.
DELIVERY
OPTIONS
NACEX - GRUPO LOGISTA (MESSENGER COMPANY) : Available only for Spain.
It is the more recommendable shipment form. Is necessary to indicate a delivery address where always is a person for the reception of the order, for example, the work place.
The delivery time is from 24 to 48 hs.
POSTAL SERVICE (PARCEL): Available
only for cash on delivery (C.O.D.) orders in Spain.
You will receive a notification from Correos indicating
the office where you can fetch the parcel. Remember
that there's a ten day time limit from the day you receive
the notification The estimated delivery time is from
10 to 25 days.
REGISTERED ENVELOPE: Available worldwide. Unavailable for cash on delivery
(C.O.D.) orders.

All video tapes are VHS format PAL system. This video system is valid for all the European
countries. In America they can be played in those countries
with that standard video system such as Argentina, Uruguay
or Brazil.
The PAL system is not compatible with the NTSC system and therefore, it can´t be played in
those countries where the standard in video is the NTSC
system, for example : United States, Mexico or Venezuela.
You must have a multifunctional player (NTSC/PAL) in
order to play a PAL video in a country with NTSC video
standard. In many cases you will also need a multifunctional
television. So, if you live in a country with NTSC video
standard, you must first check that your video player
can play a PAL video tape before making the purchase
because no refunds or changes will be made for this
reason.
All DVD's are manufactured for zone 2 (Europe
,Japan, South Africa and Near East including Egypt),
and PAL system, except when indicated.
In the same way as with VHS video tape, in order to
play a PAL DVD in a country with NTSC standard it is
necessary to have a multifunction player (NTSC/PAL),
most recent players are equipped (but not all) and in
most cases you will also need a multifunction television.
As for DVD zones, if the zone where you live is not
Zone 2 (Europe, Japan, South Africa and Near East including
Egypt), it is very important that you check that your
DVD player is multi zone, otherwise you won't be able
to play it.
